Getting married by Anita was just the most wonderful experience. We had a hiccup in the week before our wedding and so needed a celebrant last minute. In a time that was quite stressful, Anita was cool, calm and collected and made the whole process feel joyous and celebratory.

Maddy and Kyle booked their ceremony on Tuesday, and married the very next day in front of the Sweet Dreamers installation.
This might be the quickest turnaround from booking to “I do” we’ve ever done, but it proves that if your paperwork is in order, we are ready to pivot with you!
“How?” you may be asking… “Isn’t there a minimum one calendar month waiting period?”
Maddy and Kyle had already lodged their intention to marry with another celebrant. When that celebrant fell ill, they reached out to ask if we could marry them instead.
The NOIM form was subsequently transferred to us Tuesday afternoon, ID checked, all the boxes ticked, and there was nothing stopping us from getting them legally hitched the next day.
The couple rocked up on the Wednesday with their parents in tow, and couldn’t stop grinning after such a stressful lead-up to their original Plan A day.
Turns out their Plan B ceremony at The Marriage Office, with an intimate ceremony that was calm yet celebratory in tone, worked perfectly for them.
You only need to hear them laughing during their confetti toss to know how much fun they really had.
